Monthly Basic Bicycle Maintenance Clinics - This is an introductory class on how to keep your bicycle in good working condition. It covers basic repairs and preventative maintenance and how to adjust your brakes and cables to ensure good shifting and braking. Also, find out what basic tools you need... $70 tune up for $55 - This is what you get:
- True wheels
- Adjust front and rear brakes
- Adjust hub bearings, bottom bracket (crank area) and headset bearings
- Adjust front and rear gears
- Cleaning drivetrain and lubing the chain (we take off the chain and cassette
and clean it in our machine) we also brush the chainrings and pulleys
with brushes and cleaner
- Tighten all nut and bolts
- Check tires, cables (inner and housing), and chain for excessive wear
- Spray wax and clean the frame
$130 Overhaul for $105 (Unsealed) & $150 Overhaul for $125 (Unsealed) - This includes:

Free bike inspections starting February 15th

They specialize in FIST certified bike fitting for Triathletes and cyclist. They have a history working with John Cobb on positioning for cyclist and triathletes of all levels.
