Montgomery

Directions: Take I-45 North ~50 miles to the Highway 105 exit in Conroe. Turn left (west) on Hwy 105 for ~15 miles past Lake Conroe and the town of Montgomery. Montgomery High School is on the left on Hwy 105 about 1.5 miles west of Montgomery. Please enter the last or farthest west entrance to the parking lot west/behind MHS.

Note: We will not have access to restrooms at MHS. Please stop at one of the convenience stores/gas stations along Hwy 105. There is a Texaco station at the intersection of Hwy 105 and FM 149 in the town of Montgomery as a last option.

This is a relatively hilly ride along country roads that typically have minimal traffic. The heaviest traffic is along the short stretch of Hwy 105, but this has a very wide shoulder. Exercise caution nonetheless. There are a few convenience stores along the route, namely in Dacus, Richards, Anderson and Montgomery.
